A great team performance

With 4 games to go- before the season end, GSC wanted to capitalise on the good result from our last game vs an always dangerous Nippon team. With a 1PM TKOUnder a creazy hot weather, GSC started the game with a lot of intensity. In the first 20 min GSC created couple of chances but missed a bit of focus in the crucial zone. Finally, the opening goal came as a relief! Ewan nicely finished a beautiful assist from Mehdi. 1-0 at Half Time. GSC started the second half confidently keeping intensity & pressure. With good transitions, GSC managed to score 2 more goals from medhi on a deflected shot and Ivan nicely finishing a great pass from John. 3-0 GSC brought up fresh blood that helped us keeping the first clean sheet of the season. Thanks to Nippons for an always challenging game and best of luck for the end of the season

A sizzling day

The 1300pm SIA game was simply so hot to play football and both team felt it will be a very tough match. Not only the temperature but also the game itself was tough for the Japanese. The team struggled to win control especially in the attacking zone as the French put constant and strong pressure on our midfielders. We lost a score from a quick counter attack and the first half was 0-1. In the second half, NIPPON shuffled the members and tried to win the ball in the midfield which worked well but not perfectly because of the heat and decreasing stamina. The team also conceded 2 goals which included an unlucky deflected shot. The last 15 min were dominated by the Japanese but it was too late to shift the needle. End score 0-3. A deserved win for the French!
